My students’ Project-Based Learning

“Where #BlackLivesMatter Meets #MeToo”

In Fall 2020, I taught four project-based labs for the interdisciplinary first-year course Where #BlackLivesMatter Meets #MeToo. One group developed a semester-long arts and activism project building on the themes of the course; another group developed a campus climate survey to better understand the attitudes towards and experiences of sexual misconduct on the Boston College campus; and two additional groups partnered with local non-profits to support their work through research, media-making, and marketing projects. Each lab group produced a website to document and share their work from the semester.
